Any person, firm, association, or corporation violating any of the provisions of Code Section 10-1-424, 10-1-424.1, or 10-1-425 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Nothing in Code Section 10-1-424, 10-1-424.1, or 10-1-425 or this Code section shall apply to any visual or sound broadcasting station or to any publisher or printer of a newspaper, Magazine, or other form of online or printed advertising who broadcasts, telecasts, publishes, or prints such advertisement in good
faith without knowledge of its false or fraudulent character.
