A manufacturer or assistive technology device dealer who recommends and sells an assistive technology device to a consumer shall accept a return of the assistive technology device within 30 days after the purchase if the assistive technology device does not meet the needs of the person with the disability. The manufacturer or assistive technology dealer shall provide a refund in conformity with the provisions established within paragraph (2) of subsection (b) of Code Section 10-1-878.
