Agency creation and retention of electronic records; conversion of written records to electronic records

Known as the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act

The act spans §§ 10-12-1 to 10-12-9 (20 sections).

Each governmental agency of this state shall determine whether, and the extent to which, it will create and retain electronic records and convert written records to electronic records.
