O.C.G.A. § 10-14-1

Short title

Known as the Georgia Cemetery and Funeral Services Act

The act spans §§ 10–10 (32 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Georgia Cemetery and Funeral Services Act of 2000.”
