Lease payments by authority as constituting good, valuable, and sufficient consideration

It is found, determined, and declared that the consideration paid and given and to be paid and given to the State of Georgia by the authority for its leasehold and privileges thereunder is good and valuable and sufficient consideration therefor and that this action on the part of the

authority and the state is in the interest of the public welfare of the State of Georgia and its citizens.
