Locating disposal facility near private recreational camp

No permit shall be issued for any new municipal solid waste disposal
facility if any part of the premises proposed for permitting is within one mile of any private recreational camp operated primarily for use by persons under 18 years of age and which camp has been so operated at
its location for 25 years or more.
