Protection of confidential information obtained by division

Information relating to secret processes, devices, or methods of manufacture or production obtained by the division in the administration of this article shall be kept confidential; provided, however, reports on the nature and amounts of stationary source emissions obtained by

the division shall be available for public inspection from the division. This Code section shall have no effect on the division’s duty to provide such information to the administrator, or his agents or representatives, pursuant to the federal act.
