Adjournments

Validity, construction, and effect of “Sunday closing” or “blue” laws — modern status, 10 A.L.R.4th 246.

If, for any reason, the judge of the probate court fails to hold court at

the regular term or at any special term or if the business of the court requires it, the judge or his clerk may adjourn the court to such time as he may think proper. The adjournment shall be entered on the minutes

of the court.
