Parties to actions to set aside assignments

Known as the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act

The act spans §§ 18–18 (44 sections).

In all actions to set aside assignments, the assignee and assignor shall be indispensable parties; and any preferred or unpreferred creditor may be made a party plaintiff or defendant at any time in term

or vacation.
