Use of word “cooperative” in business name

No person, firm, corporation, or association organized or doing business in this state as a cooperative association to market agricultural products shall be entitled to use the word “cooperative” as part of its corporate or other business name or title unless it has complied with

this article or Ga. L. 1920, p. 125, Sections 1 through 18.
