Short title

Known as the Georgia Presidential Preference Primary Law

that voters need not request a party ballot to vote only in the referendum. 1975 Op. Att’y Gen. No. 75-132.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Georgia Presidential Preference Primary Law.”
