Production of license or permit on demand

Every permittee must have a valid and subsisting permit upon his person at all times while engaging in the installing, inspection, recharging, repairing, servicing, or testing of fire suppression systems or portable fire extinguishers. Every licensee or permittee must be able to produce a valid license or valid permit, as appropriate, upon demand by the Commissioner or his representatives or by any local authority

having jurisdiction for fire protection or prevention or by any person for whom the licensee or permittee solicits to perform any of the activities

covered by this chapter.
