Powers and duties of Attorney General under Code Section 32-1-4

In carrying out the duties imposed by Code Section 32-1-4, the Attorney General is vested, in addition to and cumulative of the rights, powers, and duties otherwise appertaining to his office, with all of the

rights, powers, duties, privileges, obligations, and immunities held by or inuring to any prosecuting attorney.
