Compliance with Secondary Mortgage Market Enhancement Act

Notwithstanding any provision of the federal Secondary Mortgage Market Enhancement Act of 1984, 15 U.S.C. Section 77r-1, to the contrary, any insurer subject to the provisions of this title shall comply with all provisions, restrictions, and limitations concerning invest-
ments provided in this article.
