Short title

— Code 1981, § 38-3-140, enacted by Ga

as enacted by Ga. L. 2008, p. 564, § 1/SB 33, was redesignated as Article 10.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency Nomencla-

ture Act of 2008.”
