O.C.G.A. § 42-9-7

Board quorum

the action of the board or delegated by the General Assembly to others; the board has the right to determine such duties and to provide how, and in what manner, the particular administrative acts shall be performed. 1945-47 Ga. Op. Att’y Gen. 450.

A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of all business except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
