It shall be the duty of the division director to inform applicants taking
the examination of the provisions of Code Sections 438-1-9 through 43-1-11 and Code Section 43-1-13. The division director shall make such rules and regulations as are necessary in order to carry out the terms
of Code Sections 43-1-9 through 43-1-11 and Code Section 43-1-13.
