O.C.G.A. § 43-2-5

Reports of findings and recommendations

The Senate and House committees to which a regulatory agency has been assigned for review shall issue reports of their findings and recommendations to the Governor, to the regulatory agency involved, and to each member of the General Assembly. Such reports may be issued separately by the reviewing committees or jointly when a majority of the members of each reviewing committee are in agreement as to the recommendations and findings. Such reports shall contain

copies of any legislation which must be enacted in order to fulfill the requirements of this chapter.
