Defrauding innkeeper

Liability of innkeeper for loss or damage to property of a guest resulting from fire, 63 A.L.R.2d 495.

Any person who, with intent to defraud, shall obtain food, lodging, or other accommodation at any hotel, inn, boarding house, or eating house, except when credit shall be given therefor by express agreement,

shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
