Requirements for matches, contests, and exhibitions

(a) A licensed organization shall provide written notice to the commission of a match, contest, or exhibition authorized and governed by the organization no later than 15 days before the date of the match, contest, or exhibition. The licensed organization governing the match, contest, or exhibition shall provide information required by the commission relating to the contestants, venue, rules for the competition, and anticipated level of physical conditioning and training of the contestants.

(b) Alicensed organization shall, after a match, contest, or exhibition authorized and governed by the organization, file with the commission an affidavit that includes the number of tickets sold, the amount of gross receipts, the amount of sales tax to be paid to the Department of Revenue, and any other facts the commission may require. Such affidavit shall be postmarked within three business days after the conclusion of the match, contest, or exhibition.
