The Department of Community Health shall succeed to all the rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and administrative orders of the Department of Human Resources (now known as the Department of Human Services) transferred to the Department of Medical Assistance pursuant to the previously existing provisions of this Code section and that are in effect on June 30, 1999, and shall further succeed to any rights, privileges, entitlements, obligations, and duties of the Depart-
ment of Human Resources (now known as the Department of Human Services) that are in effect on June 30, 1999, to which the Department of Medical Assistance succeeded pursuant to the previously existing provisions of Code Section 49-4-156.
