Known as the Family- Planning Services Act

childbirth. — Whether a minor, unmarried female under the age of 18 years can consent to medical treatment for herself when offered in conjunction with familyplanning services would depend in each instance on a determination of whether the medical treatment was given in connection with pregnancy or childbirth. 1971 Op. Atty Gen. No. 71-177.

Agencies may support family-planning services at no cost to the recipients of such services in accordance with rules and regulations of

said agencies.
