Office of State Treasurer designated custodian of federal moneys

The Office of the State Treasurer is designated as custodian of all moneys received from the federal government for the purpose of carrying out any federal statutes pertaining to the purpose of this

chapter. The Office of the State Treasurer shall make disbursements from such funds and all state funds available for such purposes, upon certification in the manner provided in Code Section 49-9-3.
