State consent to acquisition by United States of lands for government purposes

The consent of the state is given, in accordance with Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution of the United States, to the acquisition by the United States, by purchase, condemnation, or otherwise, of any lands in this state which have been or may be acquired for sites for customs houses, courthouses, post offices, or for the erection of forts,

magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings.
