Reacquisition of jurisdiction over state maintained highways in ceded territory

Upon the concurrence of the United States by its appropriate action, this state shall thereby reacquire civil and criminal jurisdiction over

persons and citizens found upon any highway or road maintained and used by this state for highway purposes within any ceded territory owned by the United States and used by the Department of Defense.
