to Code Section 28-9-5, the Code section enacted by Ga. L. 1992, p. 2363, § 1 has been redesignated as Code Section 50- 3-67 and the Code section enacted by Ga. L. 1992, p. 2391, § 9 has been redesignated as Code Section 50-3-68.

The Georgia Folk Festival is designated as the official Georgia state

folk festival.
