In addition to recycling, each state agency, department, and authority
shall take action to implement policies which require reduction and reuse of materials generated by state agencies. These policies shall include, but not be limited to, double-sided printing and copying, refilling and reusing laser printer cartridges, the purchase of source reduced products, and where feasible discontinuing the use of 8 4%" x 14” paper. Replacement copier machines should include double-sided copying capability and shall be compatible with the use of paper containing recycled content.
