Prospective suppliers may be prequalified for particular types of
supplies, services, goods, materials, and equipment at the discretion of the Department of Administrative Services. Solicitation mailing lists of potential contractors shall include, but shall not be limited to, such prequalified suppliers. The award of contracts, however, may be conditioned upon prequalification.
