Compensation of reporter; by whom paid

(a) The compensation of the court reporter for recording the evidence and proceedings in all cases before an auditor shall be as provided by

law for civil cases.

(b) The court reporter shall be compensated as provided by law for

furnishing transcripts of the evidence and proceedings. The compensation shall be paid by the parties to the case. The reporter, for additional transcripts of evidence and proceedings furnished by him, shall be paid by the party requesting the same as agreed between the parties and, in the event of a disagreement, shall be paid as provided by law.
