Contempt toward officials

L 2022, c 286, pt of §2

Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President or Vice President of the United States, the United States Congress, the United States Secretary of Defense, the secretary of a military department, the United States Secretary of Homeland Security, or the governor or legislature of the State shall be punished as directed by a court-martial.
