Any standard bar establishment may provide facilities for dancing by patrons, including a dance floor and live or recorded music, if the establishment is located in a commercial district and obtains the approval of the commission to provide such services on a one time trial basis not to exceed ninety days; provided that the music and dancing shall be allowed only during the trial period.
