Release detection

The department, pursuant to chapter 91, shall adopt standards of performance for maintaining a release detection system, including, but not limited to, inventory control, tightness testing, and any other methods designed to identify releases from the underground storage tank or tank system in a manner consistent with the protection of human health and the environment.
