Concealment

L 1993, c 350, pt of §1

Any institution-affiliated party who knowingly conceals or endeavors to conceal any transaction of the Hawaii financial institution from any director, incorporator, officer, agent or employee of the institution or any official or employee of the division to whom it should be properly disclosed shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable pursuant to sections 706-663 and 706-640.
