Voting agreements

Known as the Hawaii Business Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 414–414 (199 sections).

L 2000, c 244, pt of §1

(a) Two or more shareholders may provide for the manner in which they will vote their shares by signing an agreement for that purpose. A voting agreement created under this section is not subject to section 414-161.

(b) A voting agreement created under this section is specifically enforceable.
