Resignation of directors

Known as the Hawaii Business Corporation Act

(a) A director may resign at any time by delivering notice given in writing or by electronic transmission to the board of directors, its chairperson, or the corporation.

(b) A resignation is effective when the notice is delivered unless the notice specifies a later effective date.
