Voting agreements
Known as the Hawaii Nonprofit Corporations Act
The act spans §§ 414D-1 to 414D-92 (182 sections).

(a) Two or more members may provide for the manner in which they will vote by signing an agreement for that purpose. The agreements may be valid for a period of up to ten years.
(b) A voting agreement created under this section is specifically enforceable.
