Haw. Rev. Stat. § 457J-16

Midwives shall be authorized to sign, certify, or endorse all documents relating to health care provided for their clients within their scope of practice, including temporary disability insurance forms, verification and evaluation forms of the department of human services, and verification and authorization forms of the department of health; provided that nothing in this section shall be construed to expand the scope of practice of midwifery.
