The act spans §§ 554–554 (99 sections).
L 2021, c 32, pt of §2
(a) A trustee shall take reasonable steps to enforce claims of the trust and to defend claims against the trust.
(b) A trustee may abandon or assign to one or more of the beneficiaries of the trust any claim that it believes is not prudent to enforce.
