Haw. Rev. Stat. § 78-23.6

Leave of absence to serve as bone marrow donor or organ donor

L 2005, c 176, §1

Any officer or employee in the service of the State or any of the several counties shall be entitled to:

(1) Seven days of paid leave each calendar year to serve as a bone marrow donor; and

(2) Thirty days of paid leave each calendar year to serve as an organ donor.
