Haw. Rev. Stat. § 8-35

Volunteer Month

L 2022, c 81, §2

The month of April shall be known and designated as "Volunteer Month" to honor volunteers in the community and encourage participation in service projects throughout the month. This month is not and shall not be construed as a state holiday.
