Analysis and examination of specimens for identification purposes

L 2005, c 112, pt of §1

(a) The department shall authorize DNA analysis and other forensic identification analysis pursuant to this chapter only for identification purposes.

(b) The department shall perform examinations of print impressions pursuant to this chapter only for identification purposes.
