Idaho Code § 10-1401

Short title

Known as the Uniform Foreign Country Money Judgments Recognition Act

The act spans §§ 10–10 (11 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Uniform Foreign Country Money Judgments Recognition Act.”
