Idaho Code § 18-3319

Unlawful possession of bombs or destructive devices

(1) Any person who knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly possesses or controls a bomb or destructive device for a purpose unlawful pursuant to title 18, Idaho Code, is guilty of a felony, punishable by up to a five thousand dollar ($5,000) fine and five (5) years in prison.

(2) Any person who knowingly possesses an assembled bomb or assembled destructive device and who: Has been convicted of a felony; or

(3) Has been found guilty of any crime where such conviction results in the person being prohibited from possessing or owning firearms; or

(4) Is in possession or control of any substance or paraphernalia in violation of section 37-2732B, 37-2734A or 37-2734B, Idaho Code, or the felony provisions of section 37-2732, Idaho Code;

(5) Any person who possesses a bomb or destructive device which by its design will propel shrapnel is guilty of a felony, punishable by up to a five thousand dollar ($5,000) fine and five (5) years in prison.
