Grand jury — How impaneled

C.C.P. 1881, § 107; R.S., R.C., & C.L., § 3970; C.S., § 6547; I.C.A., § 2-503.

Thereafter such proceedings shall be had in impaneling the grand jury as are prescribed by the criminal practice.
