Idaho Code § 22-2314

Inspection of licensed and unlicensed nurseries — Additional inspections and special services — Fees

(1) The department shall inspect each licensed nursery and florist as often as the department considers necessary to determine and control pests.

(2) The department may make additional inspections and perform special services as needed in addition to those in paragraph (a) of this subsection including, but not limited to: Inspections for and issuance of phytosanitary certificates and other certificates required for entrance of nursery or florist stock into other states and foreign countries;

(3) Services performed to verify compliance with import regulations of other states and foreign countries; and

(4) Observing application of pesticides, including fumigants, on nursery or florist stock for phytosanitary purposes.

(5) The director shall maintain a schedule of fees for such additional inspections as may be required or requested.
