As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) “Board” means the Idaho wolf depredation control board;
(2) “Brand board” means the state brand board;
(3) “Director” means either the director of the department of agriculture or the director of the department of fish and game, as so designated;
(4) “Wolf” means the Canis lupus species.
