Official brucellosis test charts — Transmission of copies to laboratories. — It shall be the duty of all veterinarians to transmit to the laboratory conducting the brucellosis test on blood samples of cattle or other animals, three (3) copies of the official brucellosis test charts, showing the eartag, other official identification or tattoo number of each individual animal from which the samples were taken opposite the appropriate tube number, and designate on the chart the purpose of the test,
