Idaho Code § 30-1901

Short title

Known as the Successor Corporation Asbestos-Related Liability Fairness Act

The act spans §§ 30–30 (7 sections).

This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Successor Corporation Asbestos-Related Liability Fairness Act.”
