Short titles
Known as the Idaho Uniform Business Organizations Code
I.C., § 30-21 -101, as added by 2015, ch. 243, § 7, p. 758.
(1) This act may be cited as the “Idaho Uniform Business Organizations Code.”
(2) This chapter [part] may be cited as the “Idaho Uniform Business Organizations Code — Preliminary Provisions.”
(3) Part 4 of this chapter may be cited as the “Idaho Registered Agent of Entity Act.”
(4) Part 8 of this chapter may be cited as the “Idaho Assumed Business Names Act.”
