Idaho Code § 30-21-104

Delivery of record

I.C., § 30-21 -104, as added by 2015, ch. 243, § 7, p. 758.

(1) Except as otherwise provided in this act, permissible means of delivery of a record includes delivery by hand, mail, conventional commercial practice, and electronic transmission.

(2) Delivery to the secretary of state is effective only when a record is received by the secretary of state.
